MY STORY

"Keep moving forward"

Actually at first, I apllied for NAFA only beacuse I'm a really big fan of Disney animation. I can watch it hundred times, I can remember all the songs from the movies. But honestly, I did't have any art background at that time. When I came here, I were so shock and nervous. Everyone could draw so nice. Even it was only first year but some of them were able to create a fantastic digital artwork.

I was always feel so stressful when I looked at other's artwork. Sometimes I doubted about my choice. But I got the quote from Disney movie 'Meet the Robinson' to boost up my passion, always "Keep moving forward". So I took time to practise day by day both in manual drawing and sofware skills. Keep staying back to consult with teaches, asking advises from seniors to improve myself.

It's one and half year since I came to NAFA and I find myself have learnt a lots of things. Now I can illustrate for a book, can design a poster, can create a 3D character,... I really appreciate what NAFA has taught me. Maybe compare to other's, my artworks are still, I don't know, maybe 'amateur'. But for me, the one with zero art background, it's a process of my improvement.
